KGB pledges that all work performed will be done so professionally and will be guaranteed for a full 12 months from completion date. If you are dissatisfied with any work completed at your premises it will be rectified at no cost to you in the event that the work is shown to be substandard or faulty.  This rectification will be treated in the same prompt manner as the original job and will be completed at a time that suits you. 
 
KGB completes many "warranty" jobs from other locksmiths.
This is usually because:
  a) they do not offer a warranty policy
  b) they are now out of business, or
  c) they are only prepared to schedule your warranty call at some distant date in the future!
